Few courses are offered by SRTRI to help rural students learn about Solar and other renewable energy technologies. These are aimed at development of skills needed for livelihood generation.

Permalink Reply by Martin van Dam on November 21, 2014 at 12:50am We are not really a training organization, but Smart Energy Services offers training in installing basic SHS (20Wp - 1000Wp) in Burkina Faso. Target group = electricians who wire buildings and who get demand for solar installations.
At the moment we are also training a hundred of pico-pv distributors in eastern and northern Burkina Faso as part of the SNV Pico PV 4 Africa program.
