I do hope the "responsible parties" (UN, WB, Governments, Int. Community) will thus give it due attention and invest adequately to redress this sad reality affecting nearly 1/3 of humanity.
It is indeed high time that a Global Fund (like the one for health) is created for global access to electricity.
